Skip Surgery And Try This Home Remedy To Treat Those Painful Ingrown Toenails

Yesterday I went to see my aunt and she could barely walk because she has an ingrown toenail. And it’s painful because I saw her struggling with the pain, until grandma appeared and helped her ease the pain.

The appearance of such painful problem is due to inadequate footwear or cutting your toenails too short not leaving them enough place to grow.

Treated on time is the best way to prevent foot infections. In some cases, because this problem often requires surgery, home remedies can be extremely effective.

Apple vinegar

The antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and pain relieving properties of apple cider vinegar make an excellent treatment for many health problems including ingrown toenails.

How to use?

In a hot water bowl, add 1/4 cup of apple vinegar and soak the foot for 20 minutes. Dry your foot after that. Repeat this procedure every day until you notice improvements. This remedy is extremely effective in preventing the appearance of foot fungus.

Dental floss or cotton

Put small pieces of cotton or dental floss under the edge of the nail to allow the proper nail growth.

To avoid greater pains and infections, don’t forget to moisten the dental floss and cotton wool in medicinal alcohol before applying.
